Always looking for the union between design and ergonomics, the benefit of this cabinet is the absence of rear supports, which highlights the modern design and provides unrestricted access to the products displayed, together with easier cleaning operations.
All models are available with upward (VCA) and downward (VCB) opening glasses. A full range of optional is also available.
A wide range of models are available as plug-in or remote unit, ventilated version with or without refrigerated storage, self service, static, fish, bread display case; hot version, both bain marie and pie warmer with heating surfaces.
The range of this serve-over counter is completed by the “Hot” version, both bain marie and pie warmer with heating plates, and by the “Fish” version, the latter equipped with holed display surfaces with collection trays and internal basin in stainless steel AISI 316.
